Credit card: 5 stars. Marketplace: 1 star, hence the 3 overall. Prices run 150-200% of retail, fine for pay over time. But every item ships separately at $20 each. Five small items, 5.5 lbs total, cost me $100 in shipping. Tracking is nonexistent, packages just appear with no updates. Worse, only 2 of 5 items arrived and support can't locate the rest. Ticket open to remove them from my account. Fix shipping consolidation and tracking and this is a 5.

prepay is awesome! I was a bit skeptical about having to do direct deposit straight from my paycheck but it works out. I needed a new TV and they hooked me up with one I wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise and it also gave my credit score a significant boost which was a much needed plus! I will say that the electronics selection is pretty limited but the brands they do provide are still top notch! Just not necessarily what I'd consider my go to. Overall I am extremely satisfied though!

The only way to get ahold of customer service is through their text and then email. They are not good at all in responding in their emails. My credit is being affected because they show me owing a balance when in their mistake didn't put my direct deposits onto my account that come straight from my paycheck. A whole month of them. Even after showing them it has not been fixed. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I see them being one of those class action company's!
